Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by  Bokyna GmbH (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants in regions we ship to: Europe, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada & Australia aged 18 years or older.
• Both participants (tagger and tagged friend) must follow the @NordicSocks and @cosyacademia, on Instagram.
• Employees of  Bokyna GmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway will run from 6:00 PM (CET) on Sunday, 2nd November 2025, until  11:59 PM (CET) on Thursday, 6th November 2025.

4. How to Enter

• Follow @NordicSocks and @cosyacademia on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
• Bonus: Share to your Story and tag @NordicSocks for +5 entries
• Each friend tagged counts as one entry, and there is no limit to the number of entries.
• Both the tagger and the tagged friend must follow @NordicSocks and @cosyacademia to be eligible to win.

5. Prize

• Two winners (tagger and tagged friend) will each receive a  Nordic Socks Cozy Bundle containing socks from our Mountain Collection, Classic Coollection, Nature Collection, and Activity Collection.
• The exact content of the bundle may vary based on availability.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries after the competition closes on the Friday, 7th November 2025 during the day.
• Winners will be notified via being tagged in the stories or Instagram & Facebook which appears in their direct messages within 48 hours of the competition closing.

7. Claiming the Prize

• Winners must respond to the notification message within 72 hours to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. General Conditions

• By participating in this giveaway, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final.

9. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided in connection with the giveaway will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Disclaimers

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
